- THE HEREDITORS - THAT'S US!
When a "dem"Ocracy is upgraded to a "happi"Ocracy, we-the-citizens
are upgraded to citizen-shareholder-representatives who participate in good governance.
As shareholders, we own our own country and get shareholders' dividends.
As representatives of ourselves and our peers, we use the jury system
to make law, dispense justice, settle disputes and other domestic issues.
In particular, we prepare for the Really Big One when it comes.
We get two monthly dividends: "happi"MONEY and "happi"CASH.
HappiMoney, as in 'the money supply' is new money equally distributed to all hereditors.
HappiCash, as in 'cash, not kind', is "old money " - yesterday's happiMoney - that is re-distributed equally to all hereditors.

When a government adopts “Happimoney For All”, qualified citizens
become citizen-shareholder-representatives called “hereditors”. As
hereditors, we get two monthly dividends - one called happiMONEY as in
“the money supply”; the other called happiCASH as in “cash not kind”. In
the case of happiCASH , we do for ourselves much of the work we
previously paid the bloateaucracy to do for us. The more work we do for
ourselves, the bigger our happiCASH dividends. Hereditorship is true
democracy..ahem happiOcracy...in the making.

WHEN CITIZENS BECOME HEREDITORS... EVERYTHING CHANGES.
Imagine
that we-the-people are upgraded to citizen-lawmaker-shareholders. We
all share a common goal - EMANCIPATION OF THE MOO (Minority-Of-One) from
LEGISLATED UNHAPPINESS including equal dividends for All. Instead of us
all forming ourselves into special interest groups, each lobbying for
as large a slice of the Money Pie as possible, we shall all be aiming to
bake a bigger pie. At last, society will exist in harmony.
